"Hitters Hand-Eye" Drill

This drill comes from Brian Snavely our June 2002 Drill of the Month Winner.

This drill improves the player's hand-eye coordination when hitting.

Stand about 10 to 25 feet from the batter... depending on the age level.

Throw a plastic golf ball at the speed the batter is used to seeing. The batter should totally focus on the ball to make contact.

Practicing hitting the smaller golf ball will help ensure better hitting a regulation baseball.
